What personal data do we process within the scope of our activity?
If you contact us through job vacancy advertisements, through our website or the emails mentioned there, you may be asked to add some information about you or your company. This includes, in particular, your name and surname, business name, contact address or company address, Registration Number and VAT Registration Number, telephone number, email address.

The contact details and data you provide us are used to contact you in return to provide you with the information you require from us or to perform the subject matter of the contract or order. We can also use your email address, first name and surname to send out business communications to inform you of services we provide that may be of interest to you or to invite you to our events. How do we handle your personal data?
The provision of personal data for the purposes of performance of the contract and the provision of personal data for the purpose of answering your inquiries or information requested by you is our contractual requirement, and failure to provide them may result in the non-conclusion of a contract or failure to provide answers to your inquiries.
You may at any time reject the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending business communications and it shall not affect our other business relationships. We shall process your personal data for as long as we provide our services or perform a mutual agreement, or for the time necessary to perform statutory recording duties (such as the Accounting Act, the Archival and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act).
If you are interested in a particular vacant job position and you apply for the position, we shall process your personal data during the period of the selection process.
If you do not succeed in the selection process for a specific position or there are no vacancies matching your requirements at the moment, we can put your data in our company database if you are interested and give us your consent. By sending your personal data, you provide the controller with your data for the purpose of registering you and offering job opportunities. You give your consent for the period of 3 years.
What are your rights in relation to the protection of your personal data?
In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: access to personal data,
rectification or completion of inaccurate or false personal data, deletion of personal data, if personal data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or you find they were processed unlawfully, to restrict the processing of personal data in special cases, to data portability, and to object to the processing of your personal data, after which the processing of your data shall be terminated, unless it is demonstrated that there are serious legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, in particular, if there is a reason for the enforcement of legal claims, and to file a complaint about the processing of personal data.
